Tom is a font of UX knowledge. Given the right amount of base information and enough time to digest and appreciate a problem, he is a go-to person for problem-solving. He is also a big picture thinker, projecting ahead as to what might be needed as an asset log or pattern library as part of longer term product development. Tom was an amazing asset during the discovery phase of reimagining our brand presence online – helping to shape some of the initial creative direction. He also has solid technical knowledge and can confidently work in scrum and agile models with all digital disciplines.
