BACKGROUND

This case study highlights how our consultants used PPC marketing and web development to grow Bishops Flooring Ltd’s income.

Bishops Flooring Ltd is a family run firm with a reputation for fantastic customer service, stretching back over 48 years. They offer a range of services to meet all wooden flooring needs. These services include hardwood floor installations, floor sanding, traditional staining, repairs, sound proofing, fitting of skirting boards, door easing and commercial work.

The Process

Having completed a full website audit it was clear that the existing Bishops website was no longer fit for purpose. It was not mobile responsive, nor had not been updated for sometime which left it vulnerable to hacking. The site also had multiple critical errors and a huge number of warnings.

With regard to effectiveness, the site was getting very little traffic and the money being spent on Yell.com and similar marketing products was resulting in zero conversions.

Daily Bread Consultancy built Bishops Flooring Ltd a new website that was mobile responsive. With over 50% of their web traffic coming from mobile devices it was critical to build a site that could service these potential customers. In addition to this we set up Bishops up with Google my business so that they could start to build a local online presence and used tag manager to set up conversions measurements for the site.

Daily Bread Consultancy now manages PPC advertising (Google Ads) for Bishops Flooring Ltd which provide regular enquiries, excellent conversion levels, and an amazing return on investment. With improved SEO and above average (Google’s term) ad relevance Bishops now often achieve enquires for under £1 each on jobs that are often worth in excess of £10,000
